Return Policy

At "Words From You", we strive to provide a high-quality service that meets your needs. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to request a return.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not require you to return any materials that were sent to you.

Deactivation of Letters
Upon a successful return, any letters associated with your purchase will be deactivated and will no longer be valid for use. You may keep any materials we have sent to you.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
